Can I cancel my monthly maintenance?
Your monthly maintenance ensures your website remains up an running with no effort from your side. It is not recommended to cancel this service but you are allowed to do so at any point. Keep in mind the monthly maintenance also includes your domain name and security, no back up will exist for your store and no updates will take place. We do not recommend cancelling your monthly maintenance.
What is web hosting?
Web Hosting, is the digital location setup where we store all website data. For example: Images, files, content, videos etc. Hosting is simply renting storage space in the cloud.
